This Fall 🍁, Sweet Peace Yoga invites you to a unique class at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center. Imagine perfecting your downward dog while playful puppies frolic about, turning your practice into a joyful experience. Puppies offer the perfect balance to help you stay present and experience the youthful and innocent lives of puppies. This is our 5th year of hosting YOGA + PUPPIES with 100% of the proceeds going to “Stray Rescue.”
Sign-up fee is on a sliding scale $20-$80, with $20 suggested per person. You can pay more to donate to Stray Rescue or if you bring a guest. Text Liz at (314) 791-5219 with your guest's name.
We hope you will join us! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, our Fall 2025 YOGA + PUPPIES class provides the ultimate way to relax, improve your poses, and maybe even master the “puppy” pose.
