Your $300 deposit is non-refundable unless we don't book 8 rooms by October 1, 2025. If we can't proceed, we'll cancel the Retreat and refund your deposit. Consider waiting to book your flight until we have 8 rooms reserved; I can update you then and suggest flights. Trip insurance is also advised.
