🚩Updated Cancellation Policy: December 2025

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 15 hours prior to the class. (Our previous policy of 12 hours did not allow enough time to fill your spot.) A “Late Cancel” is now defined as “less than 15 hours before a class”.

Late cancels or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the pass assigned to that reservation. If you are on an Unlimited Membership, a $15 fee will be assessed on your credit card on file.

If your class starts at 9:00 AM, please cancel by 6:00 PM the night before (at least 15 hours in advance) so someone else has the opportunity to take your spot. During the winter holidays we receive many last‑minute cancellations and no‑shows, which negatively affects the schedule and the other students. After you register you'll receive a confirmation email with a cancel link, and you’ll also get a reminder around 4:00 PM the day before that includes another cancel link. If you don’t receive these emails, check that you haven’t opted out of communications. If you still can’t find the messages, sign in to your account on PunchPass, go to Menu > My Reservations, and cancel the class there.

If navigating our schedule on PunchPass feels slow or cumbersome, please text Liz at (314) 582-8874 to cancel your spot. I’m happy to assist and will take care of it for you.

If you miss cancelling at least 15 hours before class, please still tell us you won’t come — otherwise we keep your spot open. If you often sign up and then cancel because you feel unwell, please wait to book until you know how you’ll feel that day. For true emergencies, contact Liz as soon as possible for an exception. I’ll be fair and flexible, but frequent last-minute excuses aren’t acceptable. After 10+ years, we’ve decided to make this an official cancellation policy out of respect for everyone.

Safety for Teachers and Students is always foremost! Any cancellation of classes will be up-to-date on our 👉 Schedule. If you are enrolled in a class that we are cancelling we will contact you by email/text. In General, if it is a School Day, we will try to follow Kirkwood School Closings.
