Natasha Baebler
Natasha Baebler, is an individual with multiple disabilities, a Rehabilitation Counselor, and Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Through her practice, Natasha recognized barriers to full access. First physical, and later instructional. Teacher training programs discuss welcoming all students into class. This led her to complete Pam Schulte's 200-hour teacher training in 2015. Dana’s classes center around the concept of moving from simple to complex poses, preparing the body along the way. Whether teaching an energetic vinyasa flow or a slower, more grounding practice, she strives to offer options and modifications in each class to suit all ability levels.
