Tentative 7 weekend dates:  Feb. 10, Mar. 3, Mar. 24 (pending Spring Break), Apr. 14, May 5, May 26, June 9.  EACH WEEKEND WILL INCLUDE FRIDAY EVENING, SATURDAY, & SUNDAY.

OUR PROGRAM ALSO INCLUDES WEDNESDAY EVENINGS.  ALL DATES/TIMES ARE YET TO BE CONFIRMED.

Sweet Peace Yoga Teacher Training

 A Spring to Summer Journey-

We will begin our 1st Yoga Teacher Training on April 5 ,2017.  We have our minimum of 5 enrolled at this time, 3 spots remaining.

This unique journey will span 17 weeks!  Meeting weekly on Wednesday Nights from April 5-July 26, plus 7 Full Weekends, we will guide you through the journey to become a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 Hour level.  Whether your goal is to become a yoga teacher or to simply deepen your practice and understanding of the ancient art of yoga, we hope you will commit to joining us on this exciting journey. Our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training includes Anatomy, History, Meditation, and much more.  You will learn how to tap into your inner teacher to find your own unique voice and passion. 

We have a vast amount of information to share with you and have designed a program bringing in experience from all the Instructors at Sweet Peace Yoga and beyond!  Please contact us if you have specific questions!

The following weekends will be packed with the tools for your journey:

April 7-9,   April 28-30,   May 19-21,   June 9-11,   June 30-July 2,   July 21-23/July 29-30*

*back-to-back weekends in July will prevent training from continuing into August! Graduation will be Sunday, July 30 with our Final Group Practice and a Celebratory Ayurvedic Dinner from 5:30-7:30pm!

Investment

The Full Investment for this session is $2,000 and includes Unlimited Yoga Classes in our studio during the 17 Weeks of Training.

Hey Moms!!!! (Not to mention Like-A-Mom, Grandma, Big Sister, Aunt, Godmother and every woman with a young lady in your life).  READY FOR A YOGA GIRLS FIX?  WARM UP WITH US FRIDAY NIGHT!

Looking to share your practice with your little?  Or, interested in trying something brand new together?  This workshop is for you.

During this special night for women and girls ONLY, we will stretch, twist, breathe, connect, play, make memories - and, hopefully, inspire a lifelong pursuit of quiet mind, strong muscles, and love/acceptance for our amazing bodies.

This girls night out is for all levels, whether you have an established practice or have never set foot on a yoga mat.  

Specifically designed for girls entering kindergarten through 6th grade.

Friday, JANUARY 27 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Sweet Peace Yoga in Kirkwood.  Cost per pair is $35
