Carol received her Yoga Teacher Training through the tutelage of Pam Schulte of "Just Practice Yoga" in 2012. Back at the resort, some of us created botanical cyanotypes while others chose to relax on their own. That evening we practiced grounding yoga and finished the day with a special “Dirt Pudding” dessert - it may or may not have included a gummy worm. Afterward we met for our yoga practice in the brand new Santosha Yoga Shala. Later that evening we took part in a traditional Fire Ceremony, consciously letting go of what no longer serves us. The fire served as a powerful transformational element, turning our written words into ash.
