Moonlit Mayhem Monday & Lunar Lit Fridays

Sync up and harness the energies of the moon! This class brings together elements of the celestial bodies, and teaches how to use the lunar cycle on and off the matt. Come discover what all the moon can do for you and your practice! Be prepared to plant seeds of intentions and watch them grow alongside the moon, bringing your life more into balance with all that is around you and all that you want to achieve out of life! And as momma always said, "you’ll love this class to the moon and back!" (Moonlit Mayhem Mondays at 5:30pm and Lunar Lit Fridays at 5:00pm)

Sol Pilates

We are happy to offer Sol Pilates classes to our Sweet Peace Yoga Schedule. These mat classes emphasize core strength, balance, and stability. Pilates is a Full Body Workout that frequently uses resistance bands and foam rollers. Class size is limited to 9. Please sign-up or check our schedule Online prior to coming to class.

*Please note the same pricing options and class packages apply to Pilates as to Yoga. Please feel free to mix n’ match.
